JavaScriptLED Sign World

Wouldn't it be nice if everyone in the world, including those still used Windows3.1 and unable to read Java, can read your LED sign?
These applets written by M. Ishii in JavaScript and VBScript are then the answer!
There are four different LED signs and one Neon sign, feel free to download and use them. (*see disclaimer)

1. For Netscape 2.x, Netscape 3.0x and Microsoft Internet Explorer
No special feature of JavaScript supported only by Netscape3.0x is used. All the browsers above can read this LED sign.
2. For Netscape3.0x
New functions of JavaScript is used. Only Netscape3.0x can read this LED sign. But no error would occur even if read by other browsers. An alternative text string is shown when other browsers are used.
3. For Netscape4.0
Layer tag is used in this LEDSign. This one works faster than the two above, but it takes a while for it to initialize.
4. ActiveX LEDSign is also available.
This is the fastest and the smoothest LEDSign, although it is not written in a script language.
5. Java Neon Sign is a Neon Sign applet that can be seen by many Java-supporting browsers.
